I work here at the Videoscopic Institute of Atlanta and working with Dr. Champion who is a bariatric surgeon our postop care is certainly what separates us from the rest. We offer support groups. So for patients who have had the surgery, it is once a month and they you know are able to sit with their peers and certainly exchange tips and we do a lot of guest speakers and help them with psychotherapy and things like that cause certainly similar things arise after they start losing their weight. We also offer a kick-start program, which is great for patients who have started to gain their weight back and certainly it is unfortunate but when there are other issues that are having been addressed, the weight could come back on and we have a kick-start program for that as well and then we offer dietary counseling and education that kind of going back to the support group Ps. What is really nice about Videoscopic Institute is we have six other satellite support groups. So, besides the one here at Atlanta we have six in surrounding areas and they are run by other patients who have had the surgery and have been successful and so we find them to be good leaders with support group.
